When requesting a floral quote, 

The following information is helpful when working on your quote

• Ceremony Date, Time & Venue- How much time do we have and am I already booked for that date? September/October fill up fast. Also the time of year will affect flower availability and price. 
  
  
• Budget Limit - It is extremely helpful to know how much you are looking to spend on your flowers so I can quote accordingly and effectively, giving you a range of options to fit your pocket.
  
  
• Wedding party numbers - how many bridesmaids? how many men need buttonholes? Family members / significant people who you'd like to include?
  
  
• Pictures of other bouquets - what do you like about it? flower type, colour, size, shape, texture, features etc are helpful to narrow down the wide choices and create something that is uniquely yours. 
  
  
• Wedding colours and coordinates - What colours are everybody wearing? Do you want the bridesmaids to have white bouquets and the bride to carry the colour? The other way around? Or will everyone match?
